At Solus Legion, we believe in personal responsibility. Because we operate as a small, mission-focused brand using a streamlined fulfillment model, the gear is made-to-order and shipped directly from our suppliers to you.

The Standard of Fit Due to our production model, it is difficult to offer returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. We ask that you double-check the size charts provided on each product page before you hit "buy." However, we will still process an exchange free of charge within 30 days; the buyer is responsible for return postage if they are not making an exchange.

If We Miss the Mark (Defects & Damage) We stand 100% behind the quality of our gear. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there was an error in the printing or manufacturing process, we will do everything we can to make it right. We pride ourselves on the "rescuer" mindset, and that includes taking care of our Legion when an issue arises.

How to Resolve an Issue:

  1. Inspect your gear as soon as it arrives.

  2. Submit a message via our [Contact Page/Support Email] with your order number and reason for return or exchange within 30 days.

  3. We will review the issue and get a replacement heading your way.

Final Sale Unless there is a manufacturing defect, all sales are final. We appreciate you understanding the logistics of a small-scale operation and for supporting the mission.
