At Solus Legion, our production philosophy is simple: The mission dictates the gear. We chose DTF (Direct to Film) technology because it is the only process that does justice to the intricate detail of our designs.

While this method is significantly more time-consuming and labor-intensive than standard mass-production techniques, the results are worth the extra effort. By utilizing a high-density, flexible resin transfer, we are able to achieve hyper-fine line work, vibrant selective colors, and deep blacks that feel like an extension of the fabric itself.

We invest the extra time into every garment because we believe a statement piece shouldn't just look good on a screen—it should look incredible in your hands and hold its integrity over years of wear.

Sustainment & Gear Care

To maximize the service life of your gear and keep the graphics mission-ready, follow these sustainment protocols:

- Turn Inside Out: Protects the artwork from surface friction during the wash cycle.

- Cold Wash Only: Maintains the print's structural bond and prevents fiber breakdown.

- Avoid Harsh Detergents: Stick to standard soaps; avoid bleach or heavy chemical softeners.

- Low Heat or Hang Dry: High heat is the enemy of any premium print. For the absolute best results and zero shrinkage, hang drying is recommended.

- Do Not Iron the Print: Keep direct heat away from the graphic area to maintain the print's flexibility and finish.
