Because we operate as a small, mission-focused brand using a streamlined fulfillment model, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. The gear is made-to-order and shipped directly from our suppliers to you. Before you hit "buy," please double-check the size charts provided on each product page. Ensuring you order the right fit is part of being prepared.
If We Miss the Mark (Defects & Damage)
While we don't do returns for wrong sizes, we stand 100% behind the quality of our gear. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there was a legitimate error in the printing or manufacturing process, we will do everything we can to make it right.
We pride ourselves on the "rescuer" mindset, and that includes taking care of our Legion when a genuine issue arises.
How to Resolve an Issue:
